Return/Exchange Policy

Returns are valid for store credit only. Refunds will not be issued. Returns and exchanges must be made within 14 days of you receiving your order. If you are unsure of your size or how a product will fit, please reach out to us via email (info@seventhandsonder.com) BEFORE placing your online order to avoid the need to return or exchange styles. Returned items must be in the same condition when received (New, unworn, with tags still attached.) If you are exchanging an item for a different size, please reach out to us to ensure that the size desired is available. Customers are responsible for paying return shipping for any returned or exchanged items. All jewelry and any styles marked FINAL SALE cannot be returned or exchanged. Coupon codes MUST be entered at checkout to receive discount. NO refunds will be issued after order is placed. 

*If an item is returned that is not in the same condition or marked final sale, the item will be sent back to the customer at their expense.*
